Gift Card:

1. Instant Purchase and Delivery

   • E-Gift Cards are available for immediate purchase and are delivered instantly to the recipient’s email.

2. Available Values

   • E-gift cards can be purchased at various values.

3. No Fees or Expiration

   • No fees apply, and the E-Gift Card is valid for Two (2) years from purchase.

4. Redemption and Usage

   • E-Gift Cards are redeemable only at participating locations in New Zealand.

   • Redeemable when booking online only; not valid for deposits or event purchases.

5. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

   • E-Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

   • Running Grid are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards. Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash.

7. Balance Inquiry

   • You can check your E-Gift Card balance online or through our customer service.

8. Non-Reloadable

   • E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds.

9. No Cash Back

   • E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. Usage Limitations

    • E-Gift Cards may not be used for promotional purposes without prior authorisation from Running Grid.

    • Only one E-Gift Card can be used per transaction.

11. Fraud Prevention

    • Running Grid reserve the right to cancel any E-Gift Card if fraud or misuse is suspected.

12. Right to Modify Terms

    • Running Grid reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Promo Code Terms and Conditions

1. Usage Limit

   • Promo codes may be single-use or multi-use, depending on the promotion. Please refer to the specific promotion details for the allowed usage.

2. Validity Period

   • Promo codes are valid only during the specified promotional period. Expired codes will not be accepted.

3. Redemption and Restrictions

   • Coupon codes are redeemable at online booking only and cannot be applied to deposits, previous purchases, or combined with other offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable for Cash

   • Coupon codes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

5. Per-Transaction Limit

   • Only one coupon code can be applied per transaction and can be used in conjunction with gift card.

7. Misuse or Fraud
