Grid Wallet Credit – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Grid Wallet credit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1) What Grid Wallet credit is

• Grid Wallet credit (“Credit”) is prepaid value that can be used for online session bookings on the Running Grid website.

• Credit is not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

2) Expiry

• Grid Wallet credit does not expire.

3) Where credit can be used

• Credit can be used only for online bookings.

• Credit cannot be used to purchase:

  • Gift cards

  • Merchandise

  • Memberships or subscriptions (if applicable)

• Credit cannot be redeemed in-store or via manual/admin payments unless explicitly approved by Running Grid.

4) Use of credit

• Credit is linked to your Running Grid account and is for the account holder’s use only.

• If a booking exceeds your Credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

5) Refunds & reversals

• Credit purchases are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may deduct the corresponding Credit from your account and suspend access if required.

6) Bookings & venue rules

• Using Credit does not override standard booking, cancellation, reschedule, no-show, or venue rules.

• Any booking changes follow the policy in place at the time of booking.

7) Promotions & bonus credit

• Bonus or promotional credit (if offered) may have separate conditions.

• Promotional credit is not refundable.

8) Misuse & account security

• We may suspend or adjust Credit balances in cases of fraud, misuse, or policy breaches.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

9) Changes to terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version shown at purchase applies to that transaction.

Bonus Credit & Vouchers

• Bonus wallet credit and promotional vouchers form part of the promotion and have no cash value.

• In the event of any reversal, chargeback, cancellation, or breach of these terms, Running Grid reserves the right to deduct or cancel any bonus credit or vouchers issued.

Voucher Usage – 2nd Birthday Promotion

• Vouchers issued under the 2nd Birthday Promotion may be used once per booking only.

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers, discounts, or promotional offers.
